“We used Mr Ahmed of Enfield Consultants to help us with problems we were having both with our neighbour and the Council regarding land next to our house which was overgrown and subject to litter and vandalism. Mr Ahmed clarified ownership and legal issues (we owned the lease on the land but it was designated as a highway so we could not do anything with it). Mr Ahmed secured planning permission to change the use of the land from a highway to a private garden, obtaining permissions both from Bolton Council and the Dept of Transport. He also sorted the freehold for the land for us and now it is our land to use as as private garden. So we are ever so happy that the problems we were facing have been sorted and we feel lot more secure”
