Man behind the idea
Behind every one of our projects is Yunus Ahmed, a planner driven by purpose, people, and place.
With strong academic foundations from Cardiff University and Sheffield Hallam University, and over 15 years’ experience at Sheffield City Council, Yunus has played a key role in shaping regeneration, delivering impactful developments, and unlocking investment that creates lasting change.
His influence extends beyond delivery. Through leadership within the Royal Town Planning Institute, he has championed equality, inclusion, and a more forward-thinking planning profession.
He believes planning is not just about buildings, it’s about people. Creating places where communities can grow and build a heritage.
